- Description
- The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center, (ERDC) at Vicksburg, Mississippi, is issuing this notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. This is not a request for proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to pay for costs incurred from preparation and/or submission of data in response to this notice. The Government intends to modify contract number W913E519P0065 with HURTVET Subcontracting LLC. The scope of this contract includes preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and cleaning of the fire suppression systems at CRREL, Hanover, NH. The work includes corrective and preventive maintenance, minor maintenance and repair, report preparation and other services. CRREL currently has an urgent requirement to repair the malfunction sprinkler system in the Main Lab. The sprinkler system is isolated and needs to be repaired and placed back in service. The modification is needed to increase the capacity of the contract for reimbursable line items for service calls. This modification will be issued on a sole source basis. This North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621 � Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) This notice is provided solely as information to the marketplace.
