Description
UPDATE:� The solicitation will be available on the beta SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or around�8 December 2020.� No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled. *** The Regional Health Contracting Office Pacific at Fort Shafter, Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price, non-personal services contract for Maintenance and Repair of Anesthesia Units at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital and All Outlying Clinics, USAMEDDAC-Korea.� This requirement is for a period of performance on or around 1 February 2021 � 31 January 2022 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods and FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Required qualifications for maintenance and repair services includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing maintenance and repair services of anesthesia apparatus and vaporizers for the following manufacturers:� GE, AIRSEP CORP, MEDICAL PRODUCTS DIV, SHOR-LINE, SURGIVET INC, HALLOWELL, and MIDMARK CORP. � The contractor shall have replacement parts readily available to perform scheduled and unscheduled repair and maintenance. � Individuals who have demonstrated knowledge, and competence in servicing and maintaining the specified equipment under this contract.� � Individuals have been fully trained and experienced in testing and repairing the equipment and components on contract.� � Individuals shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintaining the equipment specified in the PWS. The proposed acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted.� The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 811219 and the annual size standard is $22.0 M.� The solicitation will be available on the beta SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or around�15 December 2020.� No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.� The Contracting Officer is Ms. Kanoelani Sing-Ching (kanoelani.c.sing-ching.civ@mail.mil) and the Contract Specialist is Ms. Jayme Nagao (jayme.c.nagao.civ@mail.mil).
