- 7 December 2020 - Attached is Amendment No. 0001 and associated documents to solicitation W912GB21Q0001.� Please ensure quote submissions acknowledge the Amendment. ********************************************** 7 December 2020 - The Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) form is provided as an attachment which was inadvertently left out of the original posting. ********************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers � Europe District is soliciting for tree cutting services of approximately 58.6 hectares of densely forested land at Powidz Air Base, Poland. This is a non-personal services requirement. The contractor shall perform these services in accordance with the terms of the contract and as defined in the�Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a Firm Fixed-Priced contract. The period of performance for the contract is 120 calendar days;�however, all tree cutting activities must be completed by 28 February 2021. Please see all attachments to this posting for the information/requirements pertaining to this combined synopsis/solicitation.�
