- This is a solicitation notice. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE EFFORT INTENDED FOR THE RAYTHEON COMPANY (CAGE Code: 4U884) ONLY. Project Title: �B-2 Advanced High Frequency Radar Units and End Items This service acquisition is for the repair of multiple National Stock Numbers (NSN): 5895-01-562-3494, 5996-01-516-3950, 6130-01-577-3453, 5895-01-577-7664, 5998-01- 581-0562, 5998-01-581-0537, 5998-01-581-0566, 5998-01-581-0570, 6610-01-581-2662, 5998-01-581-0481, 5998-01-581-0512, 5998-01-581-0533, 5998-01-581-0567, 5998-01- 581-0572, 5841-01-577-5559, 5841-01-421-0909, 5841-01-428-4489, 6610-01-357-1940. Please see Attachment I for quantities specific to these NSNs. This acquisition is for the follow-on contract to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for highly specialized repair and engineering services to include, repair, functional testing, disassembly & re-assembly, inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and engineering sustainment support services. Finishing actions are required to return the end item to a specified serviceable condition. Written procedures used for this solicitation: �No telephone requests. �Only written requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. �All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. �Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. �The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. �When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. �The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. �If there is an issue, parties are invited to contact the AFSC/PZC Ombudsman at 405-736-3273. �
