- The requirement being procured under this solicitation includes replacing and commissioning existing Voith digital governors with modernized digitally-controlled governors, along with any incidental related work, at the Dardanelle Powerhouse in Yell County, Arkansas. Specific work items may include: remove existing digital governor controls and accessories; provide new digital governor controls and accessories; inspect gate and blade distributing valves; install, test, and commission new digital governor; furnish spare digital governors parts; provide replacement of specific components in accordance with optional bid line items.
