- The Defense Health Agency, Professional Services-Contracting (PS-CD) is conducting market research to identify potential General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract holders who may possess the capabilities to sufficiently provide Enterprise Blood Management System (EBMS) Program Services support. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.�� There is no solicitation at this time. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). Submission of any information in response to this RFI is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any information or costs incurred. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. The following documents have been included with this RFI: 1) Request for Information Enterprise Blood Management System (EBMS) Program Services Support 2) Performance Work Statement 4) Question Submission Template As indicated within the RFI document, all questions are required to be submitted no later than 2 PM EST on December 21, 2020. The Government intent to provide responses to these questions by 23 January, 2021.
