- The Army Contracting Command �Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit and award a sole source order to Enginsoft, LLC, PO Box 6243, 7210 Virginia Parkway #100, McKinney, TX 75071 under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. �The proposed contract will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis.� The North American Industry Classification System code is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5M. The following will be procured: 2 RecurDyn/Professional Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/CoLink Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/AutoDesign(Design Study) Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/STEP Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/CATIA Read Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/PROE Read Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/NX Read Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/Gear Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/Track_HM Annual Lease, Node Locked 2 RecurDyn/Tire Annual Lease, Node Locked This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations.� No solicitation package will be issued.� Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.� All responses received by 2:00 PM.
