- SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the Ft. Campbell Vehicle Maintenance Shop project at Ft. Campbell, KY. As part of the construction solicitaiton, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Gas Utility Services - Clarksville Gas & Water Department (CGW) is the only natural gas provider in the vicinity of the Fort Campbell Army Installation.�
