- PLEASE SEE ATTACHED.� REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.� NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR SOLICITATION. HPCMP requests that organizations/teams responding to this RFI provide�a 15-page technical paper that outlines your team�s capabilities and how you would achieve the objectives outlined in this RFI. While there is no need to follow the outline below, these questions may help inform your response: What are your thoughts on relevant technical solutions for how to achieve the objectives as discussed in this RFI, and in general, how do you see prospective solutions augmenting the HPCMP existing ecosystem? What are your thoughts on relevant cost models for how HEC-based commercial cloud can be implemented by HPCMP? What work are you doing in a technological area, to include in-house research, current/prior Government contracts or subcontracts, Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, or partnerships that is relevant to this RFI? Include your Technical Readiness Level (TRL) if appropriate. Is there any additional information the Government should consider in developing an acquisition strategy for this capability? For planning purposes, what business/legal/financial concerns should the Government take into consideration, such as intellectual property, commercial licenses, accounting practices, cybersecurity requirements, and/or inexperience with Government contracts? Please indicate the clearance level at which your company can hold further discussions.
