- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are requested, as noted at the end of this announcement. The solicitation number is N00244-21-Q-0026 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) for Disposal of Gas bottles cylinder and Refrigerant Services. This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2021-02 and DFARS Publication Notice 11-30-2020. This procurement is restricted to Small Business; the NAICS code is 562211 and the small business size standard is 41.5M. The following attachments to this combined synopsis/solicitation contains: the full description of the specifications to be acquired; all the applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR 52.212-1 and its addendum, FAR 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5; and the procedures the Government will use to evaluate the quotes. Statement of Work, Evaluation Criteria, Provisions, and Clauses This combined synopsis/solicitation will close with quote due at 1:45 PM Pacific Standard Time on 11 Dec. 2020. Email quotes to the points of contact: Leliza G. Sarino at Leliza.sarino@navy.mil. Quoters will receive written confirmation from the above referenced Government POC that the submitted quote was received prior to the closing time and date specified above. It is the responsibility of the quoter to ensure that the quote is received by the referenced Government POC. Oral queries or questions will not be accepted. Questions can only be submitted by Email and sent to the point of contact identified above. Email shall clearly reference the RFQ number in the subject line and state your question as clearly as possible. Other methods of submitting questions will not be acknowledged or addressed. Questions may be submitted at any day and time, but not later than 1:45 PM Pacific Standard Time on 10 Dec. 2020. Questions submitted after this date and time may not be accepted. Since the submittal of questions may result in amendments to the RFQ, it is imperative that questions be submitted as soon as possible.
