- The Nebraska National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide services to lift, grade and package seedlings at the Bessey Nursery. These services shall consist of lifting and transporting seedlings to cold storage; provide grading and packaging services; and cleanup and storage of Government-furnished equipment, facilities and materials. This contract is for a spring and a fall service with one base year and two option years to be exercised at the government�s discretion.� Project is located at the Bessey Nursery, Nebraska National Forest, Thomas County, NE.� �The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 111421 with a size standard of $1.0 million.� Project is total Small Business Set-Aside.� Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
