- Description
- The contracted Roman Catholic (RC) Priest provides limited services for the Roman Catholic community supported by the Command Religious Program of Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay. The� Roman Catholic Priest (Contractor) shall officiate at the regularly scheduled Sunday Roman Catholic Mass, perform baptisms when requested, and officiate Holy Day Masses and at other Special Occasions as available, and shall plan, execute and supervise a limited RC program for eligible military personnel and their families as defined in this PWS. The Designated Government Representative (DGR) shall be the Command Chaplain, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. The RC Lay Leader appointed by the Commanding Officer shall coordinate the RC portion of the Religious Offering Fund (ROF) account, and its charitable and community social dispersals with recommendation by the Contractor.
