The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-21-R-4427 for the award of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity-Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ-MACs) for Complex and Non-Complex Emergent Maintenance (EM) and Continuous Maintenance (CM) as well as Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) scheduled availabilities. �This solicitation is for Surface Combatant (CG and DDG) class ships and for Amphibious (LPD, LSD, LHA, LHD) class ships that may result in multiple contracts.� Each contract will include a base year and option periods.� The ship repair IDIQ-MACs are supply contracts with incidental service elements.� The supply being procured is the repaired, mission-ready vessel, which is returned to service within the Fleet.� The requirement includes docking and non-docking CNO scheduled availabilities less than 10 months in production duration, CM, and EM ship availabilities that may include work on shipboard critical systems for those vessels homeported in or visiting San Diego, CA. �This solicitation is for Firm Fixed Price type contract.� Interested offerors should monitor the betaSAM page for any applicable amendments to this solicitation.� Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. �betaSAM is the single point of entry for posting of solicitations to the internet.� This Request for Proposals (RFP) posting includes restricted attachments. Potential Offerors will need to request Attachment J-1 (Labor & Material Burden Rate Price Sheet). To receive access to the restricted attachment listed above, provide a request via betaSAM. Include your company's DUNS number with the request so that contractor status can be confirmed in the System for Award Management located at (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/). The Government anticipates award of the MAC-IDIQ contracts on or around 2nd Quarter of 2021. The place of performance under this contract will be San Diego, CA.
