Description

********SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS BEEN UPDATED TO W81K0221Q0002********** The Regional Health Contracting Office � Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for on-site and off-site repair and maintenance of Government owned surgical instruments for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii.� This requirement is for a nine (9) month base period from 01�January 2021 � 30 September 2021 and four (4) one-year option periods.� The clause at FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will be incorporated into the contract.� The proposed acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns.� The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 811219 and the annual size standard is $22M.� This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS Code 811219 prior to award.� No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
