MRS mammography software Service and Technical Support Agreement 3. Background. VISN 6 is requesting maintenance and repair service with Brand Name Volpara Solutions for MRS mammography medical software at the medical center in Durham, Richmond, Hampton, Fayetteville and Salisbury VA from March 21, 2021 March 22, 2026. Services include technical support and upgrades. Brand name only no equal due to proprietary nature of software. You must be able to provide original application manufacturer trained and certified technicians to assist in the maintenance of the application. Additionally, the vendor must be able to provide original software necessary to maintain maximum reliability and uptime at no additional cost to VISN 6 VAMC. Contract includes base and 4 option years. 4. Scope. Service agreement is to provide remote support and upgrades to the following VISN 6 sites that uses MRS Mammography software application: Durham Richmond Hampton Fayetteville Salisbury VA The cover period will be from March 21, 2021 through March 22, 2026. 5. Specific Tasks. The MRS Enhancement & Support Program consists of: Unlimited toll-free telephone support during business hours in the Continental US, AK and HI for one year from date of initial purchase or annual renewal date. For hours, please see www.mrsys.com. Free point release upgrades released during the period for the same version, edition and options as licensed. Documentation for your MRS system configuration as licensed. Discount on Product upgrades that MRS commercially releases for the same edition and options as licensed. Options purchased to an existing system are supported thru the end of the current support period. Period of support and enhancement is for base and four option years.
