- (i)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to Terita Stevenson, Contract Specialist (stevenst@od.nih.gov). Questions must be in writing and are due by December 15, 2020. ����������������������� (ii) The solicitation number is RFP # 75N98021R00001 and the solicitation is ������������������������ issued as a request for proposal (RFP).� This is a single award, IDIQ, fixed price,� ������������������������ performance-based contract. (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 January 15, 2020. (iv)� The associated NAICS code is 561210 and small business size standard is 41.5 M. �(v) SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS ������� ARTICLE B.1. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES OR SERVICES ������ �The intent of this contract is to secure a vendor that will provide the full range of services � ������� needed and original approaches for conducting performance management and surveillance of � ������� the contract security guard services at various locations throughout the National Institutes of � ������� Health (NIH), on and off campus in the local area (Washington-Baltimore).
