- **12/8/2020 - This post amends the solicitation closing date and time from December 17, 2020 at 3:00pm to January 8, 2021 at 3:00pm. Amendment 0002 is attached. **11/30/2020 - This post amends solicitation HDEC02-19-R-0013 to provide the corrected version of the HDEC02-19-R-0013 SF1449 attachment and removes the document titled ""solicitation as of 11-12-2020."" That document is removed in it's entirety. Amendment 0001 is also posted. See amendment 0001 for full details.** The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) will be soliciting responsible sources with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel and capability to provide the labor, management and assorted food products necessary to support in-store specialty delicatessen and bakery resale operations to include sushi where applicable, for 24 DeCA West Area (Pacific) commissary locations in South Korea, Japan, Okinawa, and Guam. Ownership of all products shall remain with the contractor until products are scanned at the commissary front-end register. The offeror(s) will submit its proposed price as a percentage of savings to the commissary patron. Site visit information will also be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation HDEC02-19-R-0013 is issued on an unrestricted basis onNovember 18, 2020. The solicitation is available for download on the internet at Contract Opportunity (www.Beta.SAM.gov) on the issue date. The NAICS code is 722310 for this requirement, and the size standard is $41.5M. The Performance is anticipated to commence on or about August 1, 2021. The period of performance will consist of one 24-month base period plus three 12-month option periods. For the purpose of this solicitation, there will be 24 commissary locations grouped geographically into three Contract line Item Numbers (CLINs) and identified as follows: Note: Asterisks denote locations where Sushi Preparation is available. CLIN 0001- South Korea: Camp Carroll, *Camp Casey, *Camp Humphreys, Chinhae NAS, Daegu, *Kunsan AB, *Osan, Yongsan and K-16 CLIN 0002 � Japan, Okinawa: Atsugi, Camp Courtney, *Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, Camp Zama, Hario, *Iwakuni, *Kadena, *Misawa, Sagamihara, Sasebo, *Yokosuka, and *Yokota CLIN 0003 � Guam: *Andersen AFB, and *Orote The Government will award one, two, or three contracts resulting from this solicitation based on evaluation using the best value tradeoff process.
