- The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), has a requirement for�boxed catered food service to the 80th Training Command�Regional Training Site � Maintenance located at 107 Barnum Road, Fort Devens, Massachusetts, 01434 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 0001). The period of performance will be from 06 January 2021 through 1 April 2021, the breakdown of dates is listed in the�PWS.�This procurement is being issued as a 100% Total Small-Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 722310 - Food Service Contractors. ACC-NJ intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract with selection of award to the Contractor who submits the lowest price, technically acceptable quote and deemed responsive and responsible by the Contracting Officer. Please see attached Solicitation ""W15QKN-21-Q-5016 - Request for Quote"" for additional details and instructions. All responses shall be in writing, sent via email, and marked with Solicitation Number W15QKN-21-Q-5016 in the subject line of the email to the Contract Specialist, Patrick Lyons at patrick.t.lyons9.civ@mail.mil. Please submit your quote as soon as possible, however no later than 15 December�2020 by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
