- This SOW covers requirements for contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to remove and place the existing CXT Navajo restroom on a temporary pad, make necessary repairs the restroom, excavate and remove existing foundation soil, place concrete cut off wall, place and compact new foundation, install new plumbing and electrical utilities servicing the restroom, place the restroom on the newly constructed foundation, make final connections, and place concrete sidewalks and landscape at Preston Recreation PUA located approximately 9 miles north of Pottsboro, Texas in Grayson County Texas.
