- Correction: The solicitation documents will be posted at beta.sam.gov. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Great Lakes Science Center, Ann Arbor, MI has a requirement for accessibility renovations. Projects include renovating restrooms, hallways, lobby, exterior facility entrance, and installing a new elevator to access the upper floor. The project magnitude is between $1,700,000 and $2,200,000. Proposals are being requested under Request for Proposals 140G0121R0006, which will be posted at Fedbizopps.gov and FedConnect.net on or about 01/06/2021. The offeror is responsible for monitoring the posting sites for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). A statement of work, specifications, drawings, and other project information are not available for release at this time. Proposals will be due on or about 02/05/2021 (exact date/time to be provided in the solicitation). The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 mil. This solicitation will be set aside for small business.
