- This is not a request for proposals The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a need for gravesite maintenance services at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery; located at: 20953 W. Hoff Road, Elwood, IL 60421. The intended date for the forthcoming solicitation is on or about 12/15/2020. The requirement will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). A draft Statement of Work (SOW) and a copy of the NCA s standards and measures are attached for your reference. The forthcoming solicitation will supersede the draft SOW included in this pre-solicitation notice. Questions regarding the requirement will be addressed after the solicitation is posted, according to the directions contained therein.
