Description
This is a Multi NSN LTC PROJECT for the following NSNs: NSN 1660-00-243-0392, CAGE 99251, P/N�9776301-10, Oxygen Regulator Parts Kit. NSN 1660-01-463-7140, CAGE 99251, P/N�1601331-1A, Oxygen Regulator, Parts Kit, Air Flow. NSN 1660-01-386-3809, CAGE 99251, P/N�1601311-1, Oxygen Regulator, Parts Kit. NSN 1660-01-339-2224, CAGE 99251, P/N�1601312-1, Oxygen Regulator, Overhaul Kit. All NSNs/P/Ns are sole source to Carleton Life Support, CAGE 99251. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid.�� The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, three-year base period and�no option periods.� For NSN 1660-00-243-0392:� GM: 12 EACH; EAD: 46 EACH; CONTRACT MAXIMUM: 222 EACH For NSN 1660-01-463-7140: GM: 5 EACH; EAD: 18 EACH; CONTRACT MAXIMUM: 84 EACH For NSN 1660-01-386-3809: GM: 5 EACH; EAD: 18 EACH; CONTRACT MAXIMUM: 87 EACH For NSN 1660-01-339-2224: GM: 1 EACH; EAD: 1 EACH; CONTRACT MAXIMUM: 12 EACH The required production lead-time for all NSNs is 270 days after receipt of order (ARO).� Phased delivery is authorized and acceptable. FOB at�Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin.��Duration of contract period is 36 months.�� This requirement is an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition.�All part are of critical application, configuration-controlled, and a higher-level contract quality inspection system is required.�Surge and Sustainment is not required for any of the parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.� Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF).� T download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.� The solicitation issue date is December 30, 2020.�
