Description

The Government intends to issue a long term Requirements contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years to procure associated NSN�s for the AN/SPS-77 Sea Giraffe Radar System (list of parts is on the solicitation (118 NSN�s).� The technical data package (TDP) is proprietary to the original manufacturer, SAAB Defense and Security USA LLC, Cage Code 1EG52.� The FOB point is Origin.� If you are interested in becoming a supplier of the items for this Radar System, a source approval request (SAR) must be submitted and approved by the in-site engineering authority (ISEA) prior to supplier approval.� All parties (with the exception of the OEM) must submit traceability documentation back to the OEM in accordance with local clauses DLATERMHZ01 C03 Contractor Retention of Supply Chain Traceability and DLATERMHZ03 L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items.� Offers submitted without the required traceability documentation will be considered non-responsive and will be ineligible for award.� Source inspection is required.� Pricing for the RFP is requested to be valid for 120 days. Proposal submit due date is February 2, 2021.� If you require additional time to complete and submit your proposal, please notify the contracting officer prior to this date.
