- This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, for the procurement for Brand Name or Equal Confocal Scanner at the VA Health Care System Lincoln, NE. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339112-Surgical and Medical Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
