- The Minneapolis VA Health Care System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to ELITech Group Inc, of San Diego CA for an open market sole source purchase order of two Aerospray Pro Slide (Model 7152) for the Minneapolis VA facility. NAICS code is 334516, with a size standard 1000 employees applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 2PM CST (local time) on December 15, 2020.
