- Description
- This requirement is for the purchase of the following Mass Flow Controllers: -Hydrogen Flow Meter -Argon Flow Meter (90-300 SCFH) -Argon Flow Meter (0-15 SCFH) -Helium Flow Meter Please see the attached CSS for specific item descriptions and details. NOTE AMENDMENT BELOW: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL � this solicitation is for Brand Name or Equal item(s) IAW FAR Subpart 11.104 and FAR provision 52.211-6. If you are submitting a quote for the exact (brand name) item we require, you must state that in the Contractor�s Notes in the Quote Sheet. If you are submitting what you believe is an Equal item, you must fulfil the following two items: 1. State in the Contractor�s Notes that you are providing what you believe to be an equal item to the brand name item the Government requires; and, 2. Include enough commercial product literature (i.e. specifications) along with your quote to address all of the salient characteristics of the requested item. Failure to do this for an Equal item quote submission will render you ineligible for the award of this requirement.
