Description

**UPDATE** This procurement is on-hold indefinitely.� This notice will be updated as new information is received.� **END UPDATE** **UPDATE** This procurement is on-hold until early fiscal year 2021.� The suspension is due to COVID-19 pandemic constraints on the ability of a contractor to complete SOW tasks, which largely will require in-person work overseas and cannot be performed if the pandemic situation continues as it is currently.� We will revisit the status of the procurement in October. **END UPDATE** **UPDATE** The response deadline for this�Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought has been extended until Friday, June 26, 2020.� An additional point of contact has been added for responses.� Please send future responses the original email provided, as well as to the following:� Andrew Dorau Andrew.C.Dorau2.civ@mail.mil If you provided�a response under the previous submission date�and received a confirmation there is no need to resubmit your response.� **END UPDATE** This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, and in no way obligates the United States Government to issue a solicitation or otherwise make a contract award. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is seeking to identify capable U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) qualified/certified small businesses, institutions of higher education, or nonprofit organizations only, who can demonstrate in their response the capability to conduct and accomplish the requirements specified in this RFI.��Please read contents of this DTRA Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Operational Evaluation�RFI carefully to help you better understand the requirements for this acquisition. Complete the RFI questionnaire and return it to dtra.belvoir.ct.mbx.operational-evaluation-rfi-2020@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on June 12, 2020.� The RFI Questionnaire should be saved and submitted in Microsoft Word or pdf format.� Please do not add graphics.
