PLEASE NOTE: Bids Must be Submitted as Sealed, Hard Copy Via FedEx, UPS or USPS to Address Provided in IFB.� Pre-Bid RFI Questions should be sent to karina.gudiel@uscg.mil�NLT December 21, 2020.�RFIs received after this date are not guaranteed to be answered. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:November 17, 2020 This Solicitation is being set-aside for Total Small Business Concerns ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Posted October 23, 2020 SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS ONLY A SURVEY OF THE MARKET TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS THAT CAN SATISFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: 70Z08221BPAC10800 DREDGE MOORING AREAS USCG SECTOR MOBILE, AL The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools to dredge and dispose of sediment from three (3) boat slips, perform a pre-dredge survey and post-dredge survey, dredge approximately 4,551 cubic yards of sediment by mechanical means; and transport dredge sediment to Waste Management, Inc., Chastang Landfill, 17045 Highway 43, Mt. Vernon, AL 36560. The performance period will be one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2017 code is 237990. The small business size standard has an annual gross receipt of $30 million. Bid, Payment, and Performance Bonds are REQUIRED. The following are tentative dates for this project: Solicitation Issued: November 2020 Bid Opening: December 2020 Contract Performance Completion: May 2021 The solicitation and plans in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at https://beta.sam.gov under the above solicitation number. The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside this acquisition for Women-Owned (WOSB), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Small Business concerns. At present, this acquisition is expected to be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside.
