- Description
- The Air National Guard - Civil Engineering Technical Services Center (ANG-CETSC), Minot, ND intends to award a sole source contract to Cambridge Park Investments LLC dba Global Data Specialists (1815 W 1st Ave, Ste 110, Mesa, Arizona 85202). See attached SOW for additional information. This action falls under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). As a result of market research, and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Cambridge Park Investments LLC dba Global Data Specialists is deemed the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Due to being a critical safety item, the following part number, National Stock Number, and manufacturer are the only applicable qualified radio sole source system for the BAK-14, BAK-14M, and Type H AAS certified for USAF use. See attached J&A. The applicable NAICS code is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $12.0. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming. Any party interested in submitting questions or concerns regarding this notice or the Governments intent to sole source may contact Heidi Sigl, heidi.l.sigl.civ@mail.mil no later than 10 days after this announcement. ANG-CETSC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
