- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement for Integrated Pest Management Services. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to complete the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Integrated Pest Management Services will be conducted at the Salem VA Medical Center 1970 Roanoke Blvd. Salem, VA. 24153. Treatment to the interior facility. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a Base year with four (4) option years in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Total Small Business (SB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Service with a Size Standard of $12 million. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about December 9, 2020 via Contract Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/ . All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the following: SAM database at https://www.sam.gov To be considered a Small Business (SB), the company must be listed in the dynamic small business search in the SBA.gov database, https://web.sba.gov/pro-net/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm .
