Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service, Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, Montana intends to award a non-competitive sole -source contract to Range Telephone Cooperative for the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit. Range Telephone Cooperative is the only service provider in the area of Lame Deer, Montana. The purchase order shall consist of a�12 month period. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be an advantage to the Government. If there is no affirmative written response received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) December 23, 2020, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government. Information receioved will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurment in the future, Responses may be faxed to (406) 477-4426 or emailed to the following address: Clarette.Yellowrobe@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the due date and specific time stated in this notice, it will not be considered.
