Description

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Naval Research & Development Establishment Support Office (NRDE), has a NEW requirement to procure construction services for roofing projects for the Public Works Departments supporting the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC and NSWC Carderock in West Bethesda, Maryland.� This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)�will provide support to repair and replace various types of roofs.� The period of performance will consist of a 1-year Base period, and four 1-year Option periods.� This will be a firm fixed price contract with a total estimated value of $25,000,000; inclusive of all Options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the IDIQ is 238160-Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 million.� Based on Market Research, this procurement will be a Woman-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.� The solicitation is estimated to be posted on or around 24 December 2020.
