- SPE7L421R0008 PR 0086719607 NSN(s):� 2990-01-570-4817 Item Description:� OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY Total Quantity: 38 (Base Quantity of 25 with Option Quantity of 50%) Unit of Issue:� EA Destination Information:� DDJC TRACY FACILITY Delivery Schedule:� 145 Days Item is being bought in accordance with: Johnson Controls Navy Systems, LLC (CAGE 66935) P/N 026-45541-000, P/N 077-16668-001 PC NO 7 Tuthill Corporation DBA Tuthill (CAGE 61178) P/N 3G951-0542 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 15.� This is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic as described in the solicitation. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. �� There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.� All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.� All interested suppliers may submit an offer.� Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item.� However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice.� NOTICE: This solicitation contains DLA Land and Maritime Procurement Note L09 for Reverse Auction (RA).
