Description
This announcement provides an update to cFolders access for Solicitation#: SPE4A221R0002.� TDP data in cFolders can be accessed under BRC0002.� TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE (TDP) RECEIPT INSTRUCTIONS: Some of the TDPs for this acquisition are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All technical documents for these items include but are not limited to, test plans, test reports, drawings and specifications containing information that is subject to the controls defined in the ITAR. This information shall not be provided to non- U.S. persons or transferred by any means to any location outside the United States Department of State. Offerors will need access to DLA cFolders and DIBBS in order to access a portion of the TDPs. In the event an offeror cannot access the technical data within DLA cFolders, the vendor must submit a onetime request to ""jcpvalidation@dla.mil"" for technical data access consideration. If a vendor has inquiries after having submitted the required information to the JCP office, these inquiries are to be directed to ""DLAJ344DataCustodian@dla.mil"" . DLA processes the vendor's technical data request on a first come, first served basis. Failure to comply timely with required information may result in lack of consideration for DLA solicitations. It is vitally important that vendors provide correct company official name(s) and contact information in all correspondence. DLA will work diligently on validating vendor requests. Vendors will be notified within 3 business days of when their requests were approved. This acquisition will include consumable items managed by DLA. The population consisting of 685 NSNs may be solicited and awarded under the initial contract. There may be additional NSNs added to the contract throughout the performance period.� Shipments may be within the Continental United States (CONUS), outside CONUS (OCONUS), and FMS support. Consumable items are shipped FOB Origin with inspection/acceptance (I/A) at origin.� The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities for the population are included as an attachment. Any supplies to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. Small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks or newly manufactured materials are invited to respond to this synopsis.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. The final contract award will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The Government may award multiple contracts for this action. �In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
