Page 2 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, Durham VAMC, Durham, NC intends to award a base +3-year contract for 24 hours a day, seven days a week, excluding Federal holidays access to E-Learning - Coding Training. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334614 and business size standard of 1,250 employees. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic set aside if feasible. The Durham VA Health Care System, located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705, requires education for their employees. The purpose of this contract is to secure a web-based E-Learning solution that provides a learning platform to provide training and assessments covering (no gray market items accepted): Inpatient and Outpatient Coding using, but not limited to, the current editions of International Classification of Disease-Clinical Modification (ICD-CM), International Classification of Disease-Procedure Coding System (ICD-PCS), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), Coding Clinic, and CPT Assistant Medical Terminology Anatomy & Physiology Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Billing Denial Management Evaluation and Management (E&M) Official Coding and Convention Guidelines for Clinical Classification Systems Inpatient and Outpatient Reporting And updated coding information This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice become property of the Government. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
