- As part of the review process, draft plans and specifications for the Depoe Bay Catch Basin Maintenance Dredging 2021 acquisition are being made available for public review and comment by industry. This project is currently in the planning phase and has not been approved to advertise. Draft solicitation plans and specifications for this requirement are available for download with this Special Notice announcement. All comments must be submitted by no later than 29 December 2020. Please see below for information on industry pre-solicitation telephone conference calls for this requirement. **A PRE-SOLICITATION TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, 13 JANUARY 2021 AT 10:00 AM PACIFIC TIME** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District requests industry participation in a pre-solicitation telephone conference call meeting to discuss anticipated Depoe Bay Catch Basin Maintenance Dredging 2021 contract scope and schedule. The call is scheduled for Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Firms interested in participating in this industry pre-solicitation telephone conference meeting must email the contract specialist, Mr. Michael Saldana, at Michael.E.Saldana@usace.army.mil and provide the names and email addresses of the individuals who will be attending. Call-in information will be provided to attendees via email at least one day prior to the scheduled call. This industry telephone conference call is for market research and planning purposes and is not a solicitation.
