- This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: West Palm Beach VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to The Maclean Group for the purchase of the Security Software Support Agreement for Lenel System and Milestone System. The system is for the access control security system (badge readers, door magnets, motion sensors, audible alarms etc.) and the camera monitoring software. Estimated value of this acquisition is $24, 318.90. Estimated award date is on or before December 20, 2020. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement/quote information which shall be considered by the agency but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. All information shall be in writing, sent via email. Responses must be received no later than 5:00pm EST, December 18, 2020.
