- The purpose of this amendment is to schedule a site visit and extend the solicitation closing date as follows: A site visit will be conducted on December 28, 2020 at 10:00am. Vendors shall meet at Building 10 at the Wilmington DE VAMC. All visitors will proceed to a COVID screening area before entering the main hospital. Due to COVID restrictions, please limit one person from each vendor organization.
