Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION NO. 8CA3521 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Susanville Delineated Area N: Spring Ridge Dr. & Hwy 139 S: Richmond Rd. & Wingfield St. E: Lake Leavitt Inlet Canal �W: Intersection of Lassen Co Route A-1, Eagle Lake Rd., & St. Route 36 at Eagle Lake Ragner Station (see attached map)������������������������������������������ Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,100 (Office), 1,200 (Warehouse) Space Type: Office and warehouse (preferably contiguous), and wareyard (for secured parking). All on the same site. Parking Spaces (Total): 53 total surface spaces: Fifty-one (51), ten (10) feet by twenty (20) feet vehicle parking spaces (which includes ADA spaces and two (2) reserved spaces), and two (2) fourteen (14) feet by forty (40) feet spaces for RV parking. Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 20 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: See Agency Specific Requirements Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, security, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� The Government will pay for all electric and gas utilities directly to the utility companies throughout the term of the lease, separately metered.
