BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: �This project contains environmental considerations not finalized at the time of issuance. Upon finalization of these considerations, the solicitation may be amended as needed, to provide additional environmental considerations for the performance of work. This project may be delayed, canceled or revised at any time prior to award.
