Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 12FPC421Q0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract to the responsible Contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government.� The Government reserves the right not to award any contract under this solicitation.� The estimated award date is on or around January 8, 2021. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02 thru November 23, 2020 which can be found at: http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html �under the current FAR section.� This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 Janitorial Services and the size standard is $19.5.� For more information on size standards, please visit http://www.sba.gov/size. List of Contract Line Items: ��See Attachment D � Line Item Quote Sheet - One base year and four option years.� Description of Requirement: �See Attachment A - Performance Work Statement. Basic overview: Maintain floors; remove trash; clean interior glass/mirrors; clean exterior glass doors; vacuum carpets; sweep, mop hard floors; spot cleaning; dusting; restroom maintenance and cleaning.� � Date and Place of Delivery and Acceptance.� Performance and acceptance will take place at the Oregon Plant Materials Center�� The anticipated performance: March 14, 2021 through March 13, 2026.� One base year and four option years.������ The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: PROVISIONS 52.204-7 System for Award Management. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph (d) if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, as defined in FAR 2.101, on the date of award of this contract, and does not contain the clause at 52.215-2, Audit and Records - Negotiation. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract. (2) The Contractor shall make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction, until 3 years after final payment under this contract or for any shorter period specified in FAR Subpart 4.7, Contractor Records Retention, of the other clauses of this contract. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved.
