- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the BGNDRF Portable Media Filter for PFAS Removal. Please see the attached full Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for additional information. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Upper Colorado Basin, Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility (BGNDRF) intends to issue a Solicitation for the BGNDRF Portable Media Filter for Per- and Poly-fluorinated Substances (PFAS) Removal. The facility is located at 500 Lavelle Road in Alamogordo, New Mexico 88310. The estimated award date is February 2021. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (SOLICITATION), AN INVITATION FOR BID (IFB), NOR IS IT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ).
