Description
Department of Homeland Security - Human Resources (HR) Web-Based Processing Tool - Request for Information (RFI) SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE & REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government may contact individual respondents for additional Market Research following this RFI. This is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Proposal (RFP). A formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of the responses received to this post. The Government will not pay for any response or demonstration expenses. Any information received will become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. DHS is NOT accepting vendor questions at this time. Should an active requirement for the services referenced herein follow this RFI, a detailed announcement will be posted in advance of any solicitation on the DHS Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS) at https://apfs.dhs.gov/. Please continue to monitor this site for current and upcoming DHS requirements. I. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DHS requests the following information to determine potential sources: Complete the attached DHS HSAR Class Deviation 15-01 Security and Privacy Matrix.� Please provide additional feedback on any Requires SIGNIFICANT resources/ enhancements and Unable to meet requirement responses. Describe services / products you provide to meet DHS needs and the pricing model for each. What is your company�s estimated rough order of magnitude of costs? Are any Federal agencies currently using your product / service?� If so, please identify the federal agency, number of employees the service supports, period of performance, and brief description of service. Describe your customer support model, clearly identify what services are included in the pricing model and what services come at an additional cost. Has your product/ service received a FedRAMP certification or Federal ATO?� If so, from what Federal agencies have you been granted an ATO?� If FedRAMP certified, is it a FedRAMP certification?� What existing Federal contract vehicles do you have with scope and ceiling sufficient to meet specific DHS needs? (e.g. GSA schedules, BPAs, etc.). Provide link if vehicle is available online. Which of the requirements may be most difficult and/or costly for your company to satisfy? What additional information would improve your understanding of these requirements? What additional details and/or information would be needed from DHS in order for industry to provide a proposal(s)? Does your company plan on proposing if solicitation(s) are issued? If so, please provide your company name, business size, and socio-economic status. Important Note: DHS is NOT requesting vendors to provide a price or technical proposal in response to this post. II. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS DHS is NOT accepting vendor questions at this time. Vendor responses to the questions above is limited to 15 pages and shall be delivered via e-mail to Bryan Harden at Bryan.Harden@hq.dhs.gov. The due date of submissions is 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, January 15, 2021. In addition to the information requested above, submissions should also include a cover letter no longer than 1 page in length with the following information: � Vendor legal name, address and phone number. � Point of Contact information, including name, phone number, email address, and website address. � The vendor�s country of origin. � Business Size (i.e., 8A, Other than Small, Small, Small Disadvantaged, Woman-owned, Hub-zone, Service Disabled Veteran, etc.) � If applicable, one URL for the vendor�s official web site. � DUNS, NAICS, etc. NOTE: This request is for information purposes only and shall NOT be considered as a request for quotation/proposal or as an obligation. This is NOT a solicitation; no award will be made as a result of this request. The government will NOT pay for information and materials received in response to this synopsis. Responses to this notice are NOT an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All responses become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter.
