- Description
- The Library of Congress intends to implement a Multi-Award IDIQ that will support a full range of IT life cycle technical support services covering the spectrum of the Library�s Information Technology investments and associated projects that may comprise any and all phases of the Library�s system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management life cycle (PMLC). The anticipated IT services resulting from this IDIQ will support all planning & analysis, development/modernization/enhancements and operations & maintenance activities that include: Software development Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)/Platform as a Service (PaaS)/Software as a Service (SaaS) systems�support services for existing Library software and hardware Database management systems Communications and messaging platforms Collaboration systems and platforms Voice and data networking infrastructure Systems monitoring and management End-point devices and peripherals Datacenter operations and datacenter infrastructure management including server computing platforms, storage systems� Infrastructure and information security infrastructure. Operations support for IT Services Independent Verification and Validation (IVV) Services IT-related Customer Education & Training Please see the attached solicitation 030ADV21R0006 and attachments J1 through J5�for additional details.
