- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Carahsoft Technologies, Reston, VA, for the technical support of Splunk Enterprise Security Application and related products in support of the US Navy�s Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) program. Blanket Purchase Agreement N66001-20-A-0022 has been established with Carahsoft Technologies and is in effect until 14 July 2029. �NAICS Code: 541511. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1.� No solicitation package is available for this procurement.� This is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this synopsis in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
