Notice of Intent to Sole Source Regional Contracting Office Central intends to issue a sole source award with Datex-Ohmeda, Inc for Preventive Service Maintenance on government owned Anesthesia System. Datex-Ohmeda Inc has proprietary rights for all maintenance service, parts and repairs with the existing government owned Anesthesia System currently located at Weed Army Community Hospital (WACH), Fort Irwin, CA. The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 1�February 2021�- 31�January 2022. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance�. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS�811219 is $22M. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0042, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion ofthe Government.
