Description

Pre-solicitation Notice for Laboratory The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a PRE- SOLICITATION NOTICE for Proposal for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Service contract to provide Laboratory Analytical Services to Fort Hood, Texas. The Government anticipates that the solicitation will be a 100%�Set-Aside for the Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program under NAICS 541380, Testing Laboratories. (Size Standard $16.5 million). Reference. Sources Sought Notice W9115121Q0009 THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD This acquisition is a follow-on non-personal service to provide Laboratory Analytical Services with the testing and analysis of various environmental samples in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, direct oversight, quality control, and any other items and services (not government furnished) necessary to pick-up or ship and analyze various environmental samples from the Directorate of Public Works, Environmental Division, at Fort Hood, Texas.� Work will also include the disposal of all samples and the submission of complete reports of the laboratory test results. The contractor shall perform all work identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) to the commercial business standards, commercial industry standards, manufacturer�s recommendations and specifications, and all terms, conditions and specifications contained here and elsewhere in the contract. Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor will comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including but not limited to Chapter 25 of Title 30 of the Texas Administrative Code, �ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING LABORATORY ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION.�� Period of Performance. Contract Base year period of performance is anticipated to begin on or about 01 February 2021 and conclude on or about 31 January 22. Providing that all options are exercised, the period of performance will end on or about 31 January 2026. The solicitation may be posted on BetaSam through Unison Marketplace. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about 4�January 2021.
