Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 to FARO TECHNOLOGIES, INC. To provide continuous preventative and calibration of a FARO laser tracker for a period of 1 Base and 4 option years. The device which is located at The TRIDENT Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Georgia. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code that the service falls under is 811310 with a size standard of $8.0 million and the PSC Code is J019. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the company�s ability to provide this requirement outlined above.
