Also with this amendmet a second site visit has been scheduled.� See details below. SITE VISIT SCHEDULED: A second site visit will be held 19 January 2021. (a) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday 19 January 2021. (c) Participants will meet at-- US Army Corps of Engineers Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) 72 Lyme Road, Hanover, NH 03755-1290 Potential vendors must confirm attendance of all individuals planning to attend to Leah.B.Cobb@usace.army.mil not later than 13:00 Eastern Daylight Time (1:00 PM) Monday 18 January 2021. For each individual planning to attend, confirmation of compliance to the following is required in writing: All potential vendors visiting from outside of New England must adhere to New Hampshire's Essential Work status exemption (fly in, go to hotel, remain isolated in hotel except for essential work, i.e., the site visit, leave promptly on completion of work). � All potential vendors visiting from outside of New England are very strongly encouraged to obtain a COVID-19 test within 1 week of the visit. � All potential vendors, regardless of originating location, must report negative symptoms the morning of the site visit, not have a temperature >100�F, and affirm that they have had no known contact with a COVID-19 positive individual.� Individuals will only be admitted on site if these are satisfactory per guidelines. � A maximum of two employees per potential vendor (exceptions possible with valid justification) may attend the site visit. � All potential vendors must arrive wearing compliant face masks, i.e. properly fitted N95, cloth, or surgical masks. Neck gaiters, bandanas or masks with breathing valves are not acceptable. Noses and mouths must be covered at all times while on-site. � Site visit will be limited to the IEF 1st Floor, Basement, and surrounding grounds. The purpose of this procurement is to furnish and install all supplies, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment, safety, quality control, mobilization and demobilization to perform a repair by replacement of specified refrigeration equipment at the Ice Engineering Facility (IEF) Research Area (RA) at the US Army Corps of Engineers Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), Hanover, New Hampshire. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415 (Air- Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing) with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 Employees. Offerors are encouraged to check the website frequently in order to be notified of any changes to the solicitation. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. COMMUNICATIONS CONCERNING THE SOLICITATION Solicitation number W913E521R0001 is posted to beta.SAM.gov, �https://beta.sam.gov/. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Government via email to Leah.B.Cobb@usace.army.mil. The Government will accept questions up to ten (10) calendar days of the proposal due date. Answers to questions will be provided via amendment to the solicitation document. All communications concerning this requirement, to include responses to submitted questions, will be through beta.SAM.gov and to all vendors simultaneously.
