Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.� This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.� The intent of this notice is to identify potential bidders for Project No. 210002, Infrastructure Reset Demo Buildings - Package B, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, North Carolina. The work includes complete demolition of buildings, including overhead and underground utility lines terminated at closest main connections, demolition of concrete slab, walkway and footings. Sites will be backfilled, leveled, and seeded. Asbestos shall be abated as per specifications. LEAD Paint reports available. Buildings projects include the following building packages: Package B. The project will be procured utilizing sealed bidding, FAR Part 14. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238910 and the annual size standard is $16,500,000. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract completion date will be 360 calendar days after contract award. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for set-aside for small business (SB). Interested SB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than January 11, 2020, email responses to Emily Walton at emily.walton@navy.mil. Only email responses will be entertained. The responses should include a list of three recent project similar to the scope and size of the subject project, to include a short description of the project, the dollar value, the date completed, and whether the SB was the prime or subcontractor for the project.� The response should also include the applicable type(s) of SB (HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc), the company CAGE code, and the company DUNS number. Incomplete responses will not be entertained. If adequate interest is not received from responsive and capable SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Bidders can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://beta.sam.gov/ when it becomes available.
